Each Group entity has its own strong responsible culture. It has created a general, structured and recognized approach.

It is a great key asset serving the Group's strategy and it will lead us to implement development projects in the long and middle term.

    Groupe ADP signed in 2014 the agreement "Bien vivre au travail" (healthy workplace) and the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies. 
    By doing this, Paris Aéroport has committed itself to guaranty a healthy, safe and high-quality working environment.

    Following this approach, the Innovation team and the Human Resources Department organized in 2014 a challenge to encourage all employees to share ideas to improve their workplace.

    In 2015, five winning projects were rolled out. They included new user-friendly work spaces and an interactive open space.
