Development of initiatives
Initiative and courage are both desired and recognised qualities within the company. An employee-driven innovation programme called Innov’idées, led by the Human Resources Department, gives employees the opportunity to get involved on an individual basis in a continuous development process built around common issues and concrete suggestions for improvement.
This approach offers managers the opportunity to develop or strengthen key competencies for the company, such as listening and value enhancement.

An eco-pasture experiment was set up at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport thanks to the initiative of two employees.A previously abandoned green area located between the runways and Terminal 2F is now home to ten Solognote sheep.
