apply the same winning formula as in their other two neighbourhood bistros
, Pantruche and Caillebotte
– excellent seafood at reasonable prices.
Dishes like the bouchot mussels from Mont Saint-Michel, Marennes-Oléron oysters, squid and chorizo risotto, and the tarte tatin are all meant to be shared.
