Discover the refinement of Danish cuisine, little known to the French public, at Copenhague, La Maison du Danemark’s gastronomic restaurant.
Unique ingredients (many imported from Denmark by chef Michael Møller), close attention to detail, and fresh innovation form a winning trinity at this elegant and luminous outpost on the Champs-Elysées.
Three “basic” ingredients are combined for a compelling culinary experience: asparagus, oysters, caviar; mackerel, cucumber, horseradish; veal sweetbreads, celery, onion; apple, thyme, milk.
The rest is up to the chef’s enormous talent. Delicate flavours, surprising combinations, and unique products come together to create subtle and emotional dishes.
A la carte from €45, tasting menu €115
