flag, Anne and Joséphine’s restaurant will transport you to South America in the heart of Paris.

Drawing from the sources of Native American cuisine, Chef Rosilene revisits the niébe (black-eyed peas) as part of a classic or vegan menu.

Try the casquinha de siri (crab), feijoada (pork black beans), or manjar (almond jelly with coconut and prune).
