t the recent Passenger Terminal Expo, Aéroports de Paris received the Skytrax award for the "World's most improved airport" for Paris-Charles de Gaulle. 

This reward, which is based on votes of passengers from around the world, goes to the airport that made the most significant progress in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Paris-Charles de Gaulle moved up 47 places from 95th to 48th position in the Skytrax ranking. 
The airport for the first time also made it to the Top 5 airports in the world for shopping, and the Top 10 for the quality and diversity of its services.
Lastly, on a worldwide scale, Hall M of terminal 2E at Paris-Charles de Gaulle was in the limelight for going straight to sixth position among the world’s best terminals.

THESE RESULTS RELFECT THE PROGRESS MADE BY THE AIRPORT IN RECENT TIMES:  

• In terms of overall satisfaction, Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport progressed twice as fast as any of its competitors between 2010 and 2014. 

• Innovation in the welcoming of foreign and in particular Chinese passengers also drew a very positive reaction, and the airport was recently awarded “Welcome Chinese” certification by the CTA or China Tourism Academy, the equivalent of the Ministry of Tourism in France.
