Control and management of waste
As the owner and operator of airports, Paris Aéroport manages the waste generated by its internal activities as well as that of its partners.
Paris Aéroport organises the collection of non-hazardous waste and specifies the sorting rules, the locations for containers and transportation arrangements.
Paris Aéroport offers collective hazardous waste management and encourages its partners to adopt the best practice in favour of source reduction and the recycling of materials in their waste.
The figure: 45 % of valuation of our non-hazardous waste on the horizon 2020
Promoting good practice
Recycling bins are available to passengers in the terminals. All the offices have a recycling box for paper and printer cartridges. Platform stewards from a temporary employment company help waste producers in Terminals 1 and 2E at Paris-Charles de Gaulle to use good sorting practice.
