A social engagement programme to support employment

Since 1996, Planèt’AIRport has provided 2,000 local residents every year with services helping them to access or secure employment.

A specific range of services is offered under this trademark:
• insertion by economic activity for local residents far removed from employment
• vocational training for jobseekers
• mobility through the loan or social rental of a vehicle to unemployed people looking for a job and employees in financial difficulty
• rented accommodation or access to property of employees in our airports in the Île-de-France region

For member companies and authorities, Planèt’AIRport offers to strengthen their social commitment by meeting their requirements as regards personnel, transport and logistics, employee services and placing jobseekers in work situations.

Planèt'AIRport is a partnership initiated and supported by Paris Aéroport, involving companies, authorities and the French government and federating socially useful and non-profit associations or social and solidarity economy associations: AIR, Adife, Papa Charlie, Aéro Compétences, First Stade and the Habitat Committee.

The figure: 4.961 beneficiaries of the program Planèt' airport in 2016

People living near the Île-de-France airports have thus benefited from job creation and business opportunities generated by the air transport business for nearly 20 years.
Planèt'AIRport Trophée Défis RSE (CSR Challenges) is a programme open to any company mindful of the impact of its CSR policy and its corporate philanthropy, in support of its actions.
