A tighter organisation around three bodies



Our Foundation is organised around a Board of Directors, a Selection Committee and a dedicated team. Three bodies that are involved daily to accompany the projects that we support.



A Joint Board


Our Board of Directors consists of founding members who represent Groupe ADP, as well as prominent figures from outside whose personal or professional background qualifies them for this mission.


The Board meets twice a year to:


  • define the strategic orientations of the FoundatIon;
  • ensure its efficient administration.

A selection committee consisting of experts

 

Our selection committee analyses support request applications. It judges the relevance of each request based on three criteria:


  • pertains to the issues addressed by the Foundation - preventing and fighting illiteracy and school failure;
  • located in one of the Groupe ADP territories, in France or abroad ;
  • ability to mobilise Groupe ADP employees.

The committee consists of various prominent figures who are experts in the field of education, youth or social cohesion.


The committee meets once a year in June. Support requests are submitted between 1 January and 31 March each year.

A dedicated team with a daily commitment

 

Our team manages the Foundation’s various activities from day to day:


  • It receives and preselects support request applications before submitting them to the Selection Committee;
  • It monitors and accompanies associations sponsored by the Foundation;
  • It manages the Foundation’s budget;
  • It defines and implements the communication strategy;
  • It proposes skill sponsorship programmes to Groupe employees.
