Groupe ADP holds a 46.12% stake in Turkish airport operator "TAV Airports". With 24 airports under direct or indirect operation by the end of 2019 and more than 230 million passengers per year, the group is one of the top three airport operators in the world.

TAV Airports manages a portfolio of 15 airports in 6 countries: Ankara-Esenboga, Ismir-Adnan Menderes, Antalya-Gazipasa, Milas-Bodrumen in Turkey, as well as airports in Tunisia (Monastir and Enfidha-Hammamet), Georgia (Tbilissi and Batoumi), Kazakhstan (Amalty), Macedonia (Skopje and Ohrid) and Saudi Arabia (Medine, Quassim, Hail and Yanbun).

TAV Airports is involved at each stage of the airport value chain. Its subsidiaries are active in the areas of retail (landside and duty free), food and beverage, catering, ground handling, lounges management, security, operational services and information systems. 

Groupe ADP and TAV Airports aim at fostering cooperation and coordination between both groups, especially for expansion in fast growing areas such as the Middle East, Africa and Asia. 

As a highly integrated airport operator, TAV Airports offers a wide range of services through its subsidiaries: ATU (travel retail and duty free), BTA (bars and restaurants), Havas (ground handling), TAV OS (lounges) or TAV Technologies (telecommunications) et TAV Security (safety).
With their dynamic sales teams, these airport service subsidiaries regularly wins contracts. For instance, ATU has been operating since 2015 the Houston airport retail area, in the USA.
