Once the domain of Adrienne, a famous character around Les Halles who served regulars with panache in her bistro for 30 years, this space has been acquired by American chef Daniel Rose, an unconditional lover of France and the owner and chef of the restaurant Spring.
With Oleg Olexin at the stove, the menu revisits traditional French fare with such classics as herring and apples, lentils
with foie gras, veal blanquette, and poached pears in red wine.
