Glazed: Rock'n roll flavors
Tired of the usual strawberry and chocolate, Henri Guittet began experimenting with “rock’n roll flavours” in his Paris apartment.
The fruits of Guittet’s labour, in the form of fabulous ice cream “cocktails,” are now available
at Glazed, whose second outpost just opened near the Jardin des Plantes. Try Total Kéops (faisselle
cheese, Corsican herbs) or Dirty Berry (raspberry, organic lime, sumac). Two scoops €5.
