A gourmet journey back in time
A six-month renovation gave this famous Art Deco brasserie in the west of Paris a stunning
facelift that includes walnut joinery, velvet booths, red-leather armchairs, and marble tables.
Special attention was paid to the lighting, from the brightly lit bar to more intimate spaces. The menu showcases French classics such as foie gras terrine, celeriac remoulade, calf liver, and a Grand Marnier soufflé to finish.
Carte: about €40.
