Open every day between the first and the last flight of the day, the Paris Aéroport information desks are located in every terminal, in the departure and arrival halls in the public areas.
Our staff is standing by to ensure your comfort:
• answering questions regarding the airport services and facilities
• providing flight information, both outbound and inbound
• directing you to your travel agent or your airline
• indicating the forms of transport to reach Paris, etc.
Equipped with tablets and netbooks, our agents patrol the most sensitive areas to provide live information for all flights, boarding gates, any delays, etc.
The information desks can supply you with tourist guides and practical information documents such as maps of the terminals, service guides, etc. Just take one or ask our staff.
The information desks also have special areas for the reception of persons with reduced mobility. Remember to notify your assistance requirements at least 48hrs before your flight.
