With My Conciergerie, travel hands free. A porter with a trolley awaits carrying a sign with your name as soon as you arrive at the airport. He takes all your bags to the check-in desk and assists you with check-in for your flight. Or if you are arriving, he collects your luggage and sweeps you through Customs and escorts you to your transportation.

Tax refund assistance

Your concierge will welcome you upon arrival at a pre-arranged meeting point in the airport with a name board and accompany you to the tax-free refund area and expedite the reimbursement of tax free refunds or assist you with your luggage at check-in.

Transfer with a private chauffeur in a prestige car
