Consultation for the granting of authorisations
for limited ground handling services
The ground handling contract for the Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports is fully open to competition, with the exception of services falling under the category of baggage assistance and certain other services related to runway operations.
For these service categories, the number of service providers is limited in accordance with Directive 96/67 of 15 October 1996 on access to the ground handling market at Community airports and pursuant to the provisions of Article R. 216-16 of the Civil Aviation Code.
Groupe ADP launches the consultation for the granting of authorisations to exercise limited ground handling services at the Paris-CDG and Paris-Orly airports. Decisions to grant will be announced following the selection procedure prior to summer 2021 and will become effective on 1 March 2022.
