Developing the airport city

Non-terminal real estate activities offer the potential for strategic development and have become drivers of growth for Groupe ADP, sharing the same economic cycle as the rest of the real estate sector.

Groupe ADP’s assets are composed of two complimentary segments: airport real estate, which includes land or buildings intended for terminal activities or requiring direct access to runways (aircraft maintenance hangars, front line cargo terminals, or industrial areas) and real estate diversification, which includes land or buildings that do not require direct access to runways (offices, shops, hotels, business parks, warehouses).
